UP Wildlife Circuit
Uttar Pradesh isn't only temples and heritage — its northern belt holds some of India's best bird and wildlife sanctuaries. The UP Wildlife Circuit is built for nature lovers who want jungle safaris and birdwatching alongside a bit of heritage sightseeing.
The Dudhwa–Pilibhit Wildlife Circuit covers two tiger reserves near Lucknow, while the Hastinapur–Okhla Bird Sanctuary Circuit is a shorter trip focused on migratory birds. The full UP Wildlife Circuit combines Dudhwa National Park and Katarniaghat Wildlife Sanctuary with a Lucknow stay, and the Sonbhadra Nature & Forts Tour adds forts and waterfalls near Varanasi for travellers short on time.
All packages include jeep safaris where applicable and a naturalist guide. Best visited between November and March when wildlife sightings are highest.
